San Antonio Water System is ready for you to buzz on over to our annual front-yard party, Spring Bloom! Despite drastic weather changes, SAWS Spring Bloom event is the perfect day to learn how you can ‘bee’ mindful of your water use and help pollinators thrive in your Texas weatherproof landscape.
- Arrive early! The first 1,000 adult guests will receive a free WaterSaver plant. Choices include Red shrimp plant, Esperanza, blue spires sage, and Pride of Barbados
- Speak with local experts from various community organizations and shop the plant sales for native plants, herbs, and drought-tolerant ornamentals.
- Interact with numerous gardening, pollinator, and water saving inspired activities for all ages.
- Hear expert speakers discuss ways to help pollinators all year long and drought survival strategies for landscapes.
