SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Water System crews are cleaning up a sewer spill that occurred Sunday evening near McAllister Park. The spill, which was caused by a collapsed eight-inch sewer pipe was contained and repaired within hours of discovery. However, it exceeded the requirement for public notice. (See attached TCEQ notice for more details.) No adverse impacts are expected.
