For the eighth time SAWS has been named one of San Antonio’s Top Workplaces.
Employees know San Antonio Water System is an awesome place to work. It’s why we shout it from the rooftops — and in surveys — every chance we get. It’s also why SAWS has once again been named one of the city’s Top Workplaces by San Antonio Express-News and Energage.
The award is based on results from an employee survey covering company values and leadership; opportunities for training and career progression; quality of managers and overall working environment; and employee pay and benefits. This year more than 1,200 SAWS employees took part.

Puente, SAWS president/CEO. “Your participation demonstrates your ongoing pledge to provide sustainable, affordable water services to San Antonio. I am privileged to serve alongside you at one of San Antonio’s premier employers.”
This is the eighth time SAWS has been awarded the Top Workplaces honor since 2011.
