What: Unleash Your Creativity, SAWS Educator Event

Details: To start the school year on a high note, San Antonio Water System is sponsoring a fair to provide local teachers with creative new ideas to enrich their classroom’s learning environment. SAWS is expecting 100 local teachers for the event, which provides personal enrichment opportunities to kick off the new school year. The event features activities for teachers, as well as several giveaways including school supplies, gift cards and two free field trips which include transportation.
SAWS Education Staff works throughout the year with local schools on issues including watershed protection, conservation, water quality and source water protection.
SAWS staff will also be onsite to talk about their various education programs and discuss the ConnectH2O electronic meters.
