SAWS Closes HQ Customer Center
As of March 18, our customer center at 281 and Mulberry is permanently closed. But there are plenty of other ways to pay your bill, including our West Side and East Side customer centers. READ MORE

SAWS Temporarily Suspends Service Cut-Offs
Disconnections for non-payment have been halted to ensure all residents have water service during this emergency for hand washing and household cleaning. Please note that unpaid balances will still accrue on your account. READ MORE

No-Contact Irrigation Consultations Now Available
Due to public health concerns, SAWS conservation specialists are offering no-contact irrigation house calls. Stay in the comfort of your home while we assess your irrigation system.  READ MORE

WaterSaver Coupon Program Extended
We’ve extended our WaterSaver Coupons application window through Oct. 15. Residential customers can get up to four $100 coupons to replace part of your thirsty lawn with colorful, drought-hardy plants and permeable patio pavers. READ MORE

At-Home Education Tools for Teachers and Students
In response to public health concerns, SAWS’ education team is not scheduling presentations or conducting field trips and tours. But we’ve compiled plenty of digital learning resources for you! READ MORE

About Open Records Requests
Due to the City of San Antonio’s Stay Home/Work Safe orders, access to some SAWS records may be limited. As a result, responses to open records requests could be delayed. READ MORE

SAWS Hiring During COVID-19
SAWS continues to recruit for essential positions within our Distribution & Collection Operations and our Production & Treatment Operations groups.
